    Michael did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he was going to both when coming to assess the job and then when he carried out the work. He was very helpful in advising us regarding the items required. His work was very clean and tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

    Quick response to telephone call and Ray came the next morning. Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem on the cooker immediately (element), quickly inserted a replacement and tested it. Very tidy. Personable and friendly. Very fair price. Well recommended - we would definitely use Repair-Pro again.

  • Broken washing machine door

    Zanussi washing machine door broke without any pre warning - one minute fine, next stuck fast (with a full load in it). Called Repairpro (late Sat) in a panic as they were local to me - Michael got back to me quickly - directed me to Jason (who deals with washing machines) and he booked me in for an appointment on Monday. Ray was dispatched - very courtesous, knew his stuff and identified the issue quickly. A new part was ordered (he even put in a temp handle just so I could use for emergency washes) and it was fitted just 3 days later. All in all - exceptional service. Highly recommended.

RRepair-Pro is here to help with all your domestic appliance and plumbing repairs. I have over 15 years' experience of working for top brands within the industry. I work on all brands of appliances and am happy to give free, friendly advice, working mainly in Beckenham, Bromley, Croydon and South East London. I also cover most BR postcodes and am happy to travel outside of these areas. 

Our aim is to collect as much information as possible regarding your breakdown to ensure we have any parts required and to make sure your repair goes as smoothly and speedily as possible.
