The drying, re-flooring and redecorating work carried out was a very high quality and carried out respectfully with minimum inconvenience to myself. 10Verified ReviewIt was due to the commitment , dedication and meticulous care and attention by Santiago over a period of two months that the wall is now dry. Santiago was able to monitor the wall each week and advised on the next steps to take. These were to remove the plaster , identified the leak was still continuing( we thought it was fixed) and modifying the area of the desiccant dryer accordingly. By following Santiago’s advice the wall has dried .He is compassionate and genuinely cares about helping the client- I would unreservedly recommend Santiago. He is an asset to Swift Drying.
