    From first contact, visit and ultimately fitting of windows, RFM provided an excellent quality of service. The quality of products are first class. What stood out was the professionalism, friendliness and quality of workmanship of the 2 guys (Jack and Fin) who fitted the windows over a period of 4 days. Highly recommended.

    From the measuring though to fitting and the finished look RFM windows have been great. Good sensible advice at the onset , great fitters who were timely and very tidy- taking great care as they worked. Lovely product, very good price point , carefully installed and all the old windows and rubbish taken away. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys for a great job done

We don’t employ salesman as we don’t believe in high pressure sales techniques, the products and service sell themselves with 90% of our sales coming from returning customers and recommendations. We don’t spend lots of money on fancy advertisements and sales gimmicks this keeps our costs low, and these savings are passed on to our customers. This enables us to sell high quality products at a fair price. Every job is tailored to our customers. Our windows and doors are individually made to fit perfectly. All our fitting teams are directly employed and have passed the FENSA Minimum Technical Competency examination. This ensures that the windows and doors you have carefully chosen are fitted properly, with care and attention to detail.
