Rat in loft and exploring the cavity walls - causing me lots of panic and anxiety. I made a desperate call to Ridtek and Roo arranged a visit that day from Shane. Shane quickly found the entry point, blocked it and took action to evict the rat in the loft. It was a huge relief to have the problem resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you Roo and Shane, for fixing the rodent problem - saving my xmas, my sanity and helping my house feel like a home again.
