    Gave Jim a call as had good reviews. He came around as promised, viewed and quoted. Reasonably priced and asked him to go ahead. Pleased with work. Subsequently had to ask Jim to come back as guttering leaking at repaired point. Jim will be calling around to fix. Jim is very pleasant, approachable and reasonable.

    I posted a quote request to local guttering people on check a trade and Jimmy from Ripleys came back to me the same day. He made an appointment to come and quote for the job and then told me a price and said he would be in touch to confirm his availability to complete the work. He then contacted me ahead of the time he expected to to confirm he was able to attend in the next hour to complete the required work. On attendance he was respectful of my property and completed the required work. Thanks Jimmy
