10Verified ReviewI wanted a full bathroom refit as our bathroom was quite dated. This was made more complicated by the passing of my father in law on the day that Rob was due to start. Rob handled that situation magnificently, showing great professionalism, empathy and worked around our issues and made sure that the project got off to a solid start and wasn't impacted. All the way through Rob was in full contact, his team worked diligently and the bathroom was completed ahead of schedule and looks 100% better than before. Rob is my go-to guy and delivers each time, plus his after-care is second to none.
