    My initial call was acknowledged very promptly and an agreed appointment was arranged for the following morning. Very impressive these days! The roofer arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was courteous and polite and very friendly. He immediately repaired the offending tile, which was out of line and hanging precariously off the edge of the roof. He was fast and efficient. He also found a solution for my problematic roof window which he will repair at a later date. He was confident in his profession and I would not hesitate to recommend him. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.

    Quick to arrive to inspect the problem. Suggested a plan to resolve and provided estimate. Within a few days, a date was agreed for the work. Slight delay as was expected due to poor weather. Upon starting the work, following a closer inspection, the work required changed due to hidden problems beneath the flashing. A new approach to the work was agreed, further materials gathered and then the new work carried out. This was all achieved in the same day.
