    Less than an hour after reporting my problem to roofline I had a return call and the contractor was on scene. End caps swaying in wind due to stormy weather and initial bad installation. This was picked up immediately by roofline and advised me on the correct way to install. The contractor then proceeded to effect correct fitting going way beyond the call of duty keeping safe and area of work tidy at all times despite working against the winter nightime creeping in.... Great job and actually a very very nice guy... Cheers
