Replacing roof membrane on standard semi.

They were punctual and worked efficiently with a third party to gain the necessary high access. They were polite and, as a result of their overall performance, we asked for a quote on a second job. Bearing in mind the weather conditions, there was a short delay in tackling the work. We were kept informed and a new flat roof was installed in a day with a slight design alteration to improve water run off. Two excellent jobs.

Felt roofs 10 years
Rubber or fibreglass 20 years.
All repairs and other works are guaranteed but will vary upon the type of repair.
