  Rob and his team recently completed a downstairs bathroom refurb for me. This is the second time i have used RTC building and renovations ltd and they have continued to carry out the excellent service they have previously provided. The bathroom refurb required some modification to the layout and some bespoke joinery solutions that RTC did very well. Will definitely use them again for future works.

  Rob and his team done an excellent job on my rear extension, there was a few hurdles to get over but rob has fantastic knowledge and found a solution to get through the problem, they worked very hard even through some tough weather conditions. Would recommend RTC to anyone thank you guys for building my dream in to a reality

  I recently had a single storey extension and kitchen renovation installed by Rob and his workforce of professional tradesmen. Everything went well, from the start point of getting the quote to finish and hand over. Communication was excellent, providing me with time schedules and planning when stages of the build was due to start and complete. All of the tradesmen were very polite and completely professional whilst carrying out their work, and made sure everyrhing was tidy before leaving for the day. I would definitely recommend Rob and RTC Building and renovation Ltd to anyone.

  Our project is almost complete now. Painting has been excellent quality and flooring now going in to a very high standard. Rob continues to work to original quote and maintain excellent comms. Suggested a good idea to save money on one product we selected and happy to make small changes as we go along. All trades have been friendly and have good attention to detail. Thoroughly recommend.

  We're now in the final stages of our extension project with Rob and his team, currently doing plumbing and electrics. Things have progressed really well and we continue to be fully satisfied with the team's excellent work and good communication. We've had a couple of inevitable complications in a project this size and Rob's been very proactive and creative in finding solutions. Have also appreciated helpful suggestions to improve the finished look and functionality. Costs are all still on track. Happy to recommend to others.

  Rob and his team are 6 weeks into our extension project and they've been brilliant. Very straightforward and prompt comms. Started on the agreed day and work has progressed really quickly. Very clear on costs. Team are friendly, experienced and get on well with neighbours. They resolved a complicated drainage issue early on very well and have been flexible with occasional requests. They came well recommended and I visited a recently completed project as well. Really happy with quality of work and attention to keeping site tidy. Note project ongoing and planned to complete in October.
