  Sandeep did some work for my parents in their downstairs toilet. He is extremely reliable and finished the job really quickly and to a very high standard. My parents will definitely be asking Sandeep to do further work! Thank you again

• Poor Communication

  My call from this company was returned promptly with a request for further information and photos of the toilets and shower I wanted to replace. Having sent the information and photos I received no further contact. I called them again to chase this up however they did not return my calls. It is dissapointing as the first contact was very positive and reassuring thereafter it went silent. I would appreciate the company informing me whether or not they can undertake the work. I would not recommend contacting this organisation as you could be wasting your time.

• Boiler issues no hot water and heating

  Like to say a Big Thank you to S&S plumbing. Engineer came out first thing in the morning 09:00 sharp. Sorted out my bolier issue with now full resored hot water and heating. Flushed my boiler and radiators engineer was very clean and tidy, hazard free as I have a 2 year old, went the extra mile to make sure everything is in working order. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. I Highly Recommend S&S plumbing to anyone. Saved me lots of money.

• Did half the job well, went MIA for the rest

  Booked Sandeep for a radiator removal, fitting and washing machine waste pipe re-connection. He did the radiator work really well - we're happy with his work. For the washing machine pipes, he did some of the job and said he'd come back another day to finish the job. Never did, even though he was working at our neighbours (courtesy of my recommendation - a few extra thousand earned), I called and left messages, even went over and asked when he'd be back. Very sad that communication and commitment seems to be missing from this brother. When bothered to, he seems to know his stuff.
