    Shaun was available to do the work promptly having been let down at the last minute by another plasterer. He attended as promised and did exactly what he said he would. Job completed to a high standard. He is friendly, courteous and considerate and a pleasure to have around in the house. He also sorted a cooker repair challenge as a kindness. Would definitely use him again.

SB Minor Works Ltd is based in Exeter, available 24/7, and has over 30 years experience in the building & maintenance sector. I carry out both private/domestic & commercial work, and I am highly skilled in a wide range of building & maintenance services from Building, Bricklaying & Plastering, to Tiling, Garden Works & Fencing.

With many happy and returning customers over the last 30 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
