    The whole process was great from start to finish. Great communication throughout. A considerate company that were understanding of budget restrictions and gave options to help with these. The installers were very friendly, clean and efficient, they even finished the work ahead of schedule. There were two minor defects that we spotted with the windows after installation, SJB sent an installer round that same day to fix these. Can’t fault their excellent service.

    SJB were very clear and transparent in all of their communications. They made sure I understood what they could/couldn’t do and that I was really comfortable with all of that before I signed anything. They were flexible with the minor changes I made during the fitting process and I am delighted with the quality of the finished product. Their teams were courteous and polite at all times, I had no concerns about the final snags and the work was completed to agreed schedules. I would recommend them, and would use them again.

    The company were very thorough and took great care to ensure that everything was exactly to my requirements. I had an initial visit for a quote, a visit to measure up and then the fitters came exactly on time for the installation. I’m really pleased with the work - the windows look great. I’m also happy that I took the company’s advice for the bathroom window - only the bottom window is frosted, which makes the room lovely and light.

All staff we dealt (sales person, surveyor, admin and installers) with were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent throughout and the work was carried out on the agreed dates and to a high standard. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
