  I'm a returning customer. Stewart (SJH) had previously worked on installing laminate in my previous home: whole floor + stairs. He did an excellent job then, and just did an excellent one now. A flawless installation, and then cleaned up after himself: that's attention to detail! And I know he did a great job, because I painted the skirting myself few days later: I had a chance to look over every inch of the floor and the skirting (he removed and reinstalled ours). He didn't even ask for me to write a review: I asked him if he wanted one!

Punctual, and informative at the start and end of everyday. His workmanship is excellent, and completed the work in timescale advised, would thoroughly recommend SJH flooring to anybody with a similar project.

• Brilliant carpets and fitting

  Stewart fitted three carpets for us. His communication was quick and easy and the quality of fitting is far better than experienced with other fitters. He was also really accommodating and came to fit my nursery carpet (ahead of schedule for the rest of the house) just in time for my babies arrival. Having had the carpets for a while now, would highly recommend Stewart!

  Incredibly professional from start to finish. We didn't have to wait long for a competitive quote. The work was done to a superb standard. Stewart left the area tidy and was very reliable in terms of replying to texts and with days and timings. Very polite, considerate and easy to have in our home. We would highly recommend Stewart to anybody and will use him again in the future.
