• EICR report at short notice

  I reached out to Steve for an EICR check at short notice ahead of exchange of contracts on a flat I was purchasing. He was extremely responsive and accommodating, and offered me various slots including on the Easter bank holiday weekend. Immediately after the conducting the check, Steve sent me an email to confirm all was in order, and then followed up with the EICR report within a couple of hours. Steve is clearly dedicated, hard-working and customer-oriented. It has been a very pleasant and reassuring experience to deal with him , and I would highly recommend his services.
