  Each of our bathrooms had a very different plan and design. Shaz was happy to hear our vision and execute it with his team. Everything was done how we imagined from mitre edges, alcoves, lighting and more. The tiling in particular was a big task but Shaz’s team really listened to us and followed our design. Our bathrooms look and feel great and have become the relaxing spaces we imagined.

  When we asked Shaz to change some plans without much notice he was happy to discuss and help us decide how best to plan our new porch. His team worked so fast to get it done. Even such a small change has made a massive change to how we use our home for our family and we are so happy with it!

• Great team, high quality work at a great price in an efficient timeframe

  My husband and I hired SM construction to complete a full renovation including a loft conversion and it was a very positive experience. From initial engagement Shaz was very respectful and actually spoke with me (the wife) to understand requirements, timeline expectations (non negotiable) and the budget. I discounted other builder’s because they didn’t offer that respect). Throughout Shad and team provided high quality work at speed. The team were experienced and helped us make small decisions. I would definitely recommend SM construction and Shaz to anybody.

  Shaz and his team helped guide us from the start of our project. Giving us advice on our plans and helping us to make informed decisions. He was able to support us from the initial structural engineer phase, to a quick demolition phase and smooth installation of our steel beams. We love the new design of our home and would highly recommend Shaz to anyone looking to make changes to their home!

  When we met Shaz he quickly made us feel confident to trust him with our home. One of the best things is how responsive Shaz is. He’s always happy to talk and we met him regularly on site. This is closely followed by his flexibility within the project and my ever-changing ideas. He soon learnt our style and was able to personalise the project. Shaz and his team are hardworking, reliable and respectful. It is very impressive how much Shaz knows every detail about your project, while managing many. We feel very grateful to have met Shaz and honestly recommend Shaz to anyone!

• GRP Roof

  The new roof is a life saver. Top quality roof was installed in a professional and timely manor. Considering the old felt roof was near its end, with the roofers coming to measure and a week later was ready to install. Perfect measurements were taken and done the job within half a day in the cold. Credits to them. They were tidy, polite and made sure that there was no holes or gaps in the roof. The roof material is of the highest quality of fibreglass, and they installed new fascia’s and gutter system. Making sure pipes were clean to allow water to run down and cause no further problems.
