He pointed out several potential issues that other builders had not mentioned and gave a fully itemised quote. Sam and the contractors he used all worked hard and to a very high standard, quickly dealing with any issues that arose. I was kept informed of the schedule and which contractors would be working each day. The work was finished on time and the amount charged was as per the quote. I would highly recommend S T Property Services.
