Boiler repair.
We had been having problems with our boiler for a while but after the storm our boiler just stopped working. I phoned Sean on Monday evening and he came round at 11 am the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board. Then he replaced and cleaned the boiler. The boiler was up and running and working well within an hour. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

New boiler.
I would recommend Wickenden and Son to anyone needing work on their heating and water system - and have! My elderly parents felt comfortable and confident in their work, which was completed with the minimum of stress and upheaval to them. Thank you.

Boiler service and replacement diverter valves.
The men arrived on time and whilst stripping the boiler a damaged part was identified which was not in stock at the local supplier, and they could not get one until the next day. As the outside temperature 0 degrees Sean rang other suppliers until he found the part then went to collect it, so that my boiler could be repaired the same day. The work was carried out in a timely fashion and any mess was cleared away. This is the first time I have used S Wickenden but would recommend the company to anyone.

Carried out a power flush and boiler installation in earls court
Swiftgas provided a first class job they carried out a power flush and fitted a new potterton boiler. The engineer was on time and laid dust sheets everywhere, engineer was smart and took pride in the job we had a great piece of mind that the job came with a two year warranty I would reccommed this company 10/10 from me

Repair leaking cistern for inbuilt toilet
Arrived promptly after initial phone call. Friendly and professional manner. Quickly identified problem and explained the options. Organised parts needed and repaired the cistern, despite being inbuilt into bathroom fixtures and very awkward to get at. Invoice very reasonable for both spare parts and labour. Would thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Repairing Halstead boiler
Thank goodness for these guys. No one trustworthy was willing to touch my Halstead boiler until these guys came along. I seriously thought that I was going to have to buy a new boiler. Mr Wickeneden came along and spent three hours working on the boiler, and charged next to nothing. A week later the boiler started making a noise again, it turned out to be another part of the boiler that was breaking down. This new issue was fixed and the boiler has been working without any problem for the last few weeks. He has saved me a small fortune. Thank you.

Repair to leaking radiator
Excellent in every way. They were able to attend the day after I called them, and worked quickly and without problems. Left the place clean and without any evidence of their visit. Priced at a very reasonable rate and as quoted. Will certainly be back to them first if we need any more work, and would definitely recommend them

Removal of old boiler and installation of a new one.
I cannot fault the workmanship of the employee who replaced my aging boiler. Jon was polite and courteous at all times and the price quoted at the start was the price paid when I was satisfied that the job was complete. Any inevitable mess that was made removing the old boiler was "made good" and disruption was kept to a minimum. Jon also kept me informed at all times of the work that was going on. I would highly recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use S. Wickenden and Sons again.

Replaced siphon in toilet, and replaced bath taps, secured roof tile.
Jonathan arrived at appointed time and explained what he had to do, bought necessary replacements. He replaced siphon in toilet, unblocked ball valve in another, replaced bath taps, secured roof tile, cleaned a section of gutter and reattach chute to down pipe. I would definately recommend this company.
