• Great quality, expertly fitted, French doors and sash windows

  Saje windows have fitted beautiful sash windows, which have a wood grain foil to ensure they look like real wood. They have also just fitted French doors for me, which they arranged to have sprayed to match the woodgrain foil of the windows. The result is fantastic. They were expertly fitted and run so smoothly and easily that gone are the days of struggling with my original wood sash windows. As a company, they communicated well and kept me updated with progress, the entire team have been lovely. The gentleman who fitted all of my windows was an absolute perfectionist.

• Replacement double glazing windows and doors

  All in all our experience with Saje has been a real mixed bag. We have had some great personal service from a lady in the office and the window fitters themselves. Our issues lay with the product supplier. Our initial install date was pushed back by them and the products supplied have had numerous parts missing and been damaged. Appointments to rectified have been made with engineers turning up on the wrong day and with the wrong parts. We continue to experience issues such as drafts between the sashes with the foam packers prone to move out of position.

• Conservatory removal and replacement

  My journey with this company started in March, I was recommended to use their builder who worked for the chairman. Over two months with various levels of attendance either not turning up, working for other customers, or working on the Chairman’s house. The conservatory was finished in May. Within two weeks there was cracking in the plaster walls, walls moving, patio doors were rectified 4 times due to movement of footings. The company monitored responses from builder but did not actively take control of issues. The builder came out to try and rectify the issues twice at his cost. Now less than 6 months after completion, my conservatory is being removed because it has been classed as structurally dangerous and due to the rectification of issues, iron bars into my house, would affect my house. Do not use this company, I invested £23k of my pension money and received poor, shoddy building work as described by two builders who came to view the conservatory to help. I can supply photos of the damage which have been taken throughout the whole process of the conservatory being built and rectified.
