    We visited the showroom where it was helpful to see whole floors covered in different woods and designs. Then following a home visit from Leigh, we received a detailed estimate that clearly explained how the work would be carried out. Previous reviews gave us confidence that this is a company with experience and pride in their work. We are delighted with the floor expertly fitted by Ryan and Charlie, Our room seems much brighter with light reflecting from the wood floor instead of being absorbed by a drab carpet. We definitely made the right choice of material and company to fit it.

    From the beginning of the process to the finished product, I cannot praise this company enough. Professionalism by everyone with perfect communication and clarity. The first visit to the shop gave me absolute confidence in the work to be done and I was not disappointed in any way. We had a herringbone oak floor laid in the lounge with oak boards installed in the hallway. Craftsmanship and attention to detail were superb! The floor was laid by Matt who communicated every step in order to make sure it was perfect - he is in fact a perfectionist - just what you need for such an investment.

    Excellent communication from start to finish - job booked and carried out within agreed timescales; outcome far exceeded expectations - looks as good as new. Work carried out with minimal mess; we simply moved the furniture off the floor and then back in place once the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company - very friendly, very efficient, very tidy and very professional!
