• Refurbishment of double glazed wooden sash windows.

  Jason was prompt He clearly knew what he was doing, and kept me informed as to what he found and actions he took to fix any issues. Before he left he made sure I could open all the windows and is a whiz with the hoover. I've asked him to come back to do the same refurbishment to the lounge windows.

  Jason responded quickly to my job request, called me to arrange to come and have a look at the job, thoroughly explained what the issue was and how it could be fixed, and gave me a very reasonable quote, which was also then sent in writing by email. He then came and did the job on the date/time agreed, did an excellent job stopping the window leaking and protecting the whole area, and even gave us advice on how else we could protect the outside of our extension. He was professional, polite, friendly, just a really nice guy as well as being an expert at what he does. Thank you!

• Repair and draft-proofing for two windows

  Both windows had a number of things wrong with them, one had completely snapped cords. Everyone else I called refused to offer anything other than a complete refurbishment or replacement package for thousands of pounds, but Jason and Kay gave me a really reasonable quote for just repairing the issues and installing draft-proofing. I'm really impressed with the job Jason did, especially given how old these windows are, and that he did both in one morning! He did a flawless job. I'll definitely be giving him another call if any other issues come up, and I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

• Sash window restorations

  Jason and his colleague have done an amazing job in restoring my sash windows. That included refurbishment and draught proofing of 6 windows, as well as replacement of hardwood sill and bottom sash for 2 windows. The quality and the timing of work was above all expectations, the communication was always very clear, and the process was very smooth and efficient.   We are so grateful to Jason for all his work. He is incredibly knowledgable and very professional. On a previous occasion he draught proofed all our windows, and we asked him to come back to replace a rotten sill. We would certainly not have asked him back had he not done an excellent job previously.
