  The experience from start to finish was excellent. The original visit followed by the fuller survey visit were achieved quickly and promptly and I’m absolutely delighted with the new window. It was all very professionally done. This is why all the windows in my house are being replaced by this company!

• A very effective window replacement job

  Very workmanlike and professional job. The men who did the work arrived on time and were very polite and considerate. They provided protective coverings on all surfaces but inevitably because of the nature of the project a certain amount of residual dust was created. The finished product looks excellent and as planned. The materials used were of a high quality and the only criticism I could make is that I had to reposition the window lifts as otherwise the sashes wouldn't meet properly.

• New sash bay windows - AVOID this company

  The new sash box was badly damaged on installation and filled with wood filler. Less than 2 months later the windows leaked causing significant damage to the flat beneath. The main ground floor sash rattles in the wind and the upstairs main sash no longer closes properly. Fitters came and sealed the frames and replaced wood filler to stop the leak; however, management then denied there was anything wrong with the windows despite fitters spending 2 hours on site. Management will not respond to emails about remedial works required. Management have no integrity and customer service is terrible

  We had 5 sash windows and kitchen french doors replaced. It was all done with in a week. The fitters were professional, friendly and hardworking. They cleaned up well at the end of each day. The windows are beautiful. We are extremely pleased with them and hope to have our upstairs windows replaced also in the near future.
