• Leak in pipe work under walk in shower. And refitted toilet

  Scott was excellent fixed shower problem in no time after bad fitting from when fitted previously. Also had a sulphur smell coming from toilet which was horrendous again badly fitted from previous plumber. What Iv really like with Scott he explained everything he was going to do. And did not make me feel uncomfortable being a woman in very much a man’s world which you do not always get. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would not hesitate and will be using if plumber needed in future. My sister is also now calling on his services.

• Toilet and Kitchen Tap

  Needed a new kitchen tap and toilet fixing. Came in, gave me a price and completed the work straight away. Very honest about recommending a better tap than I had originally wanted said he could supply cheaper but I wanted a decent one. Fixed the toilet and completely cleaned up after. Would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely get them out again if I have any plumbing problems. 10 out of 10

Scott is very polite, trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using him again, or recommending him to our family and friends.

• Toilet Replacement

  Scott recently replaced my toilet after I accidentally dropped something into it whilst cleaning which shattered the bowl. I contacted him late on a Saturday evening to which he provided his advice and I ordered a like for like replacement from Bathroom Mountain the same day which arrived the following Wednesday. He managed to slot me in and replace the toilet on the Thursday afternoon within a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. I honestly couldn’t fault him whatsoever. A genuinely trustworthy man. Thanks again, Scott!

• Fitting of new walk in shower and flooring.

  I really cannot fault the service my mum and dad received from Scott. He was so friendly and helpful. Communication was spot on throughout. He got back to me very quickly when I had questions and kept me up to date with the work being carried out . I have to say, I wish all tradesmen were the same. Scott fitted a walk in shower with wetwall. Laid LVT flooring and fitted a new extractor. My parents are very happy with the work Scott carried out. He completed the work quickly and left the site very clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. .

• Replacing two radiators in passage and sitting room.

  Scott came within 2hours of phoning him about a radiator problem.While he was at my home I ordered two new radiators.The work was completed within a few days and I was kept informed at every stage.The work was completed to a very high standard and I was kept informed along the way.I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott &Paddy for the quality of their work.
