  Sten started by knocking down a wall to open up a bigger space. During the project, he was considerate in ensuring we were not left long between old facilities being removed and new ones installed. He fixed a rotting floor beneath the old shower at not much additional cost. Sten takes pride in his work and has an eye for detail, which mean our newly installed bathroom is truly fantastic! He was very tidy and always turned up on time. He completed our job before starting a new one. Sten is professional, polite and a highly skilled tradesman in many areas. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  I would highly recommend this company if you want a professional and high standard finish. Example of work … Grinding out loose mortar and repointing , removing garage window, bloke hole with concrete blokes, apply render. Strip off vanish from porch frame. Fit new guttering. Prepare and paint front door and bay window fascia. Prep, Paint stone window sills. Pressure wash paving slabs. Fit new guttering. Silicon window frames. These are just a few examples of the work carried out and always left the site clean and tidy each day. They also provided materials.

  We have used this company twice now over the last 8 years - mainly to refurbish the exterior of our house. Sten ensures his work force are extremely skilled, polite and very professional. There is not any area of work that they have not been able to address, including arranging for any extra tradespeople to deal with another issue that may arise. We’re always very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely consider them for other work - inside and out!

  We have used SDBC to re-fit 2 bathrooms and to do various painting and decorating jobs in the past and Sten and his team's work has always been first class. He has now re-fitted our cloakroom, with new tiling, new sink and loo fitted, new LED lighting in the ceiling and fully painted and decorated. Another great job, and we would recommend Sten for any such project.
