    From the 1st appointment with Ted to the installation with Steve the service was outstanding, no pushy sales person and Ted came around with samples to show us. We had to put the installation off for a few weeks as we all had covid over christmas, no problem said steve call me when you are free. We are so pleased with our shutters had the whole house done and the price was really good. Steve was very polite and his work was clean and tidy a credit to the company. Will be recommending Shading Places to all my friends.

    From initial contact we had finalised options and price a few days. Yes discussed all the options and pros / cons of each plus lead in times for bespoke shutters. Ordering was smooth and easy and shutters arrived before the estimated delivery date and in good time for Christmas. Fitting was quick and clean despite the custom sizing and frames and the end result is fantastic. Conservatory shutters fully fitted in a morning and the bedroom only took 30 mins. The difference they make to both rooms is amazing, price was well below other suppliers but 100% top quality. Cannot recommend them enough

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Both Ted, the owner, and Steve, the engineer, are a pleasure to deal with. Measurements taken with absolute precision, all design options explained and samples shown when Steve visited. Honest advice with no push to over-sell. Very competitive on pricing. I got in touch with this team because they were recommended to me by another shutter company, which speaks volumes. The redecoration in my house is still ongoing, which is evident in the photos, so their full beauty cannot be appreciated, but I absolutely love my shutters. Certainly would come back.
