He tried the cheaper option for her first to see if it worked to save her money but unfortunately something had broke in the door. He had the part in his van and fixed it straight away for a very reasonable price. He was tidy and polite. He also gives 1 year guarantee on his parts which is a bonus and gives my mam piece of mind. We will definitely use again.

10Verified ReviewMy door could not be unlocked and opened. Sent a quote request on Checkatrade. Within a couple of minutes or sending the request Glen was on the phone to me. We discussed the job and he said he would be around my place after he finished the job he was on. Within the hour Glen had checked my door and told me price and then promptly fixed everything. Very happy with the work done. All work and components used are guaranteed for 1 year. I would highly recommend using this company and it will definitely be my go to locksmith in the future.
