    The entire experience from initial enquiry though Checkatrade to completion of the cleaning was really professional.I was given clear descriptions of the cleaning that they would undertake, my questions were clearly answered and I was impressed with the punctuality, and overall professionalism of all the team who attended the property.The transformation was incredible.They dealt well with a challenging and situation with elderly family and managed them with great sensitivity at all times.I am so pleased with their work and will always recommend them .     Considering the state the house was in (it was a smokers house), they did clean very well, though I am not sure it was fully communicated to the cleaners by the bookings office what to expect. They definitely left it in a much better state than we found it though.
