Everyone I have dealt with in this organisation have been so helpful and professional.  They are a great team a real pleasure to deal with.   Since my garage doors were fitted I have had a few questions and they have been really helpful.   We had a small hiccup regarding one of the motors and Graham has been a complete star diligently checking everything and methodically working out the problem.   I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shutter Spec Security.  Excellent Quality product and workmanship.

Absolutely brilliant arrived on time, very tidy and amenable.

The mechanism was fitted to a high standard.  However, it took three attempts to do a satisfactory job on the trim, and the workman who made the second attempt was quite rude.  With the first two attempts, too much caulk had been applied.  It spilled out from the plastic trim over the brickwork and looked a mess.  The office staff were very helpful, and were keen to remedy the poor workmanship.  The office staff seemed to understand that when a customer orders a new garage door, they expect a neat and tidy finish.  There's no point in having a new garage door if the finished job looks shoddy.
