• Flooring for the whole house

  If you are looking for an experienced company to do your flooring, I would highly recommend Signature Me. Even the people who recommended them to me were shocked by how their standards have dropped. Their fitters had to come back on multiple occasions to fix the flooring that was laid incorrectly because they had used chipped or cracked tiles (hoping we didn’t noticed) and the tiles were laid unevenly. If you have the time on your hands to entertain them, this is the perfect company for you.

• Received estimate then waited for a reply that never materialised. (This was for works over £9k)

  Was promised a call back to discuss estimate options and a start date. Waited 3 and half weeks, left countless reminders with staff, each time told that I would hear back, but never did. Not even after an email was sent describing these events, has there been any explanation or apology or contact of any kind from anyone. Clearly this company finds it totally acceptable to treat customers this way and I am baffled by it (appears it’s not the first time this has happened according to other reviews). Sheer rudeness and disrespectful. Thank you Dean and Co for wasting almost 3 months of our time.

• Replaced carpet with hard flooring throughout downstairs

  Signature Me did a fantastic job, replacing our old carpet with J2 luxury vinyl flooring throughout downstairs. The office sales team were really helpful and communicative, the installation team were diligent and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend Signature Me, they did it all with a minimum of fuss and on budget.

• AMTICO SIGNATURE FLOORING IN KITCHEN AND UTILITY ROOM

  This is the second time that we have used Signature Me and Amtico and we are again delighted with new flooring that has transformed our kitchen and utility room giving it a very clean modern finish. The original floor was a riven slate floor which was looking very dated and hard to maintain. The Amtico floor was laid on top of a thin screed and levelling compound and raised the floor less than 10mm. The work was completed on time and on budget by a great team. Thank you.
