  Jack has been taking care of my building needs for around 20 years now and I will trust my work to no one else. He and his team provide exceptional service on all counts, they’re trustworthy, respectful, polite and fun too! My latest project was handled with his usual professionalism and I’m very happy with the end result. He has also become my neighbours’ preferred builder on account of the excellent work he has done for me. He comes highly recommended.

  This was my third time using SILK Property Maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had my kitchen fitted by them when I initially moved in and then all the flooring fitted. This time it was my bathroom. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing . Very clean and considerate when it comes to the level of disturbance ( whenever I worked from home). Jack , the owner, couldn’t do more to finish some jobs before due date as one of them fell just before Christmas. Highly recommended, no job large or small was an issue. Great experience, thank you.

  We found Silk Property on Checkatrade and were initially impressed with their positive reviews. Jack gave us a prompt and competitive quote . Each morning Jack and his colleague arrived punctually at 8am, were extremely hard working, friendly and fair in all their dealings with us. They left everything tidy each evening and explained everything that was happening each day. When there was a small issue with the shower tray it was resolved quickly and efficiently . We would not hesitate to recommend Silk Property and will be using their services again in the not too distant future.
