    When doing work on off-peak supply and a 5 year EICR, Silverline identified a mismatch between the main supply fuse and the meter tails. The electricity supplier refused to implement the commonsense and economic solution of downgrading the supply fuse to a level compatible with the wiring but still exceeding the requirements of a small flat. Silverline investigated and agreed a solution with the Regulatory Authority before completing the work. They were friendly and helpful throughout a lengthy process and had the best interests of the customer in mind at all times. Outstanding service.

    Amy kept me fully informed of Ben's arrival time and fully explained the cost of any necessary work. Ben arrived on schedule the same day and performed the necessary work to establish that the cause of the shower failure was a plumbing issue and that the electrical supply was fully functional. He explained thoroughly what he had done and found. This required the work of a plumber. I have retained his contact details and shall certainly ask Ben to perform any future work.
