    I phoned Russ in the morning, we found a mutual time to come the same day. He was punctual, found the problem quickly, he continued with job, replaced the dish, went the extra mile and showed me how to attach the aerial as well. All working well now. I have recommended him to 2 local people who have aerial issues.

    Contacted Russ regarding an issue with my parents TV reception. Russ came out & tested the aerial & signal, retuned the TV & all working perfectly.     Placed an advert onto Checkatrade and was contacted by Russ who arrange to come out and do a quote for us to have a new TV fitted along with a Soundbar and some other work. Went through what we were after, he explained what he needed to do which sounded fine and said that he would draft up a quote and contact us back. Not heard back from him since, so no quote from him. Needless to say we continued on Checkatrade to ask for others.
