We knew it was going to be a big job, as we had had a leak under a concrete floor which meant going back to the brickwork, removing the ceiling and floor, replacing joists and a window. Piotr explained everything as he went along and showed us videos of the damage and advised what the implications were if not repaired. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest and a brilliant tradesman. I would not hesitate to recommend Piotr to anyone and look forward to working with him again.
