    We recently had Smart Property Care come and fix some rising damp we were having on the external walls of our Victorian terrace. From start to finish we were very impressed with the level of service, and the quality of the work was second to none. Steve was very knowledgeable and along with Jay and Luke, all were professional, courteous and always left the place tidy at the end of the day. Time frames were clear from the start and the job was completed within good time. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend to friends and family.
