10From my first call to the office to Kai coming out and fixing my boiler I found everyone to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Attendance at home was swift and I had total confidence in what was explained to me and with the work done. Fair price for excellent work would highly recommend.

10Cannot praise Kai more. Efficient, polite and friendly consulted me at each relevant stage and explained what he was doing. Left the site neat and tidy and removed every scrap of packing etc.I cannot recommend Smiths more, totally reliable.

10Verified ReviewHaving been let down twice by the same person in the space of 2 months to get my central heating boiler serviced, I decided it was time to find a new company. I called Smiths on Friday morning and had an appointment the following Wednesday with Tom. He arrived, was very polite and knowledgeable about our boiler. He isolated the problem with a valve that was not working. He had a spare on his vehicle so was able to fit it at the same time and sorted everything out in one visit. He was also knowledgeable about wireless remote thermostats. I'd definitely recommend Smiths and will be using again

Richard Smith took the time to explain everything when quoting and during installation. He would not compromise on quality. They are also really nice people who would go above and beyond... I am really pleased with the end result.

We are a small family business specialising in domestic boiler replacements and central heating installations. We believe in traditional values and believe it is important to encourage new entrants into the heating industry in the form of apprenticeships.
The business was founded by Richard Smith in 2000. As the son of a heating engineer, Richard has over thirty years' experience of working with central heating systems and also has extensive experience of larger industrial pipe work installations.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited installer and as such are able to offer up to 10 years guarantee on new Worcester Bosch boilers and 25 years guarantee on Worcester Bosch hot water cylinders. We have been accredited with Worcester Bosch since 2003 and have extensive knowledge of the installation, servicing and repairs of their products. We have won two coveted Worcester Bosch environment 2020 awards for quality, energy saving installations.
We are very proud to be in our third generation of plumbing and heating engineers, Tommy Smith has been worked for the business since 2017 as an apprentice Tommy won the Worcester Bosch WAI Apprentice of the year 2018.
We offer installation and maintenance of gas, oil and LPG boilers.
