  Easy booking and good communication on when arriving etc. Bought the replacement mixer in advance. Arrived on time. Worked for 2 hours including extras such as taking off a stubborn bath panel, replacing a bent and faulty cold water hose and other bits until the job was finished. Excellent value for money and really good skills. I would recommend Stephen every time and feel confident in the work he does.
