    We have used Softflow for over 14 years. Highly recommended. Very knowledge about their products. Extremely helpful in helping us make the right choice watersoftener. We needed to replace a damaged kitchen unit at the same time and their staff fitted that for us too! Saved us struggling. Pleased with installation of watersoftener and it's efficiency. Highly recommend.

    Great consultation meeting answered all my questions and reviewed my needs. Installation date agreed and work was carried out . Guys were tidy and very courteous. Helped me set up the app to monitor the salt level too. Originally I thought my water tasted a bit odd , they quickly came to pay me another visit to check this out and my salt usage - which I was pleased with as it was a nice customer service follow up . I’ve now also ordered more salt through the company website which was quite easy . Would recommend .

    The old machine was not working and was replaced. The work was done quickly and cleanly. All rubbish was removed every thing was left clean and tidied.

Softflow Softeners 

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.

We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex

Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.

We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.

I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.

This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
