Advice over the phone
10Verified ReviewMr Cox was on holiday, but when I called him, he talked me through an issue I had. We used WhatsApp and a call. Very helpful, when I'm sure most wouldn't even answer a call whilst abroad.

10Verified ReviewHad a condensation fan fitted 2 months ago and waited to see if it really worked. It wasn't cheap but looks like money we'll spent. My windows have stopped streaming over night and any mould spots, have cleared up too.

10Verified ReviewVery thoughtful about making sure we were OK when the whole house was ripped apart during a rewire. It is stressful to see the carpets and floorboards open, but it was well worth it, when we now know the house is safe. He made sure to tidy up after everyday and left us with temporary power to use. I would recommend Jeff.

He’s always polite explains what he is doing always reliable and he also goes that extra mile to help . Also goes to my elderly mother and I trust him completely. Lovely guy and I will continue to use him .

10Verified ReviewWe contacted over 10 electrician and no one came out to my 90 year old mum. She had no power for over 16 hours. We then had an idea to look on Checkatrade and rang some electricians. Again, no answer on most or they had been drinking, so couldn't drive. Mr Cox came out within 20 minutes. He was in town shopping, but dropped his plans to help out. The power was reset. It had been caused by a faulty tooster. Due to the freezer being off for so long, the food was ruined. He offered to go shopping for my mum, as he didn't want her to go hungry on xmas day. We had already organised it, but wow!
