Window Cleaning

Squeeky Kleen employs 'The Reach & Wash System' eliminating the need for ladders. The Reach and Wash systems use water fed poles that supply pure water producing a spot free finish. Both hot and cold Reach and Wash systems are available.
Domestic
In a domestic setting we still carry out internal cleaning in a traditional fashion, the external windows would be cleaned using our Reach and Wash System. External ground floor windows can be cleaned in the traditional way upon request.
Commercial
In a commercial environment we carry out internal/external cleaning as stated in 'Domestic' above

Gutter Cleaning ....with 'Sky Vac' 

Having invested in the latest technology for gutter cleaning, namely the 'Sky Vac' a high-reach vacuuming system, we thought you would be interested in some of the benefits in its use:-
No Mess! Sky Vac sucks gutters clean using a powerful wet and dry vacuum system. With this new innovative system, there is no need for expensive scaffolding, high access equipment or ladders including scissor lifts or cherry pickers!

Sky Vac reduces potential damage to property and lawns from heavy access equipment and is an ideal safe solution for cleaning high buildings such as hospitals, offices and domestic properties, complying with the latest regulations and health and safety requirements. The on-board camera allows for precision cleaning, irrespective of property height and allows access to difficult and restricted areas, such as roofing above conservatories, for example. The Sky Vac can be used in areas such as restaurants and retail shopping areas and is appropriate for both domestic and commercial properties.
To identify whether clearing is necessary, a 'Gutter and Roof Inspection' can be arranged for a small fee. Depending on circumstances (how the debris has collected in the gutter, the regularity of build-up and quantity), the clearing may only need to be done alternate years rather than annually but we can advise best practice after inspection. Before and after video shots can be supplied, if prior requested. Sky Vac will keep your gutters clean and devoid of blockages, allowing them to do their job properly.
