    John fitted the stairlift the day after I ordered it. He arrived at the time that he said he would and fitting took less than an hour. Everything was explained thoroughly and my wife tested the lift to make sure it suited her before John left. First class service and would highly recommend.

    My stairlift was getting slower, so I asked John to pop in when he was in the area, to replace the batteries. He gave me a price and said he could probably do it the following day. He kept his word and turned up the next morning. Excellent service! John is friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

    After a fault on our chair purchased recon from Stairlifts Today back in 20I5, I called Stairlifts Today on Saturday midday and a new recon chair was fitted on Sunday Morning to our original track. Very pleased with the service from very nice people.

    John arranged the installation of a stairlift at my parents house. He was a pleasure to deal with. He knows the houses in the area, and knew exactly what style of stairlift would suit the house, as the stairs are straight but narrow. He was extremely personable, answering all our questions patiently, and explaining everything clearly. He arranged the installation quickly meeting our tight timeframe - with no fuss and no hard sell. All at an extremely reasonable price. I can highly recommend him.
