    Dean and his team were a pleasure to have on site. Our job had a few set-backs and but I was kept fully informed at each stage and effective solutions were found quickly - I knew what was happening, when and why; all my questions were answered honestly. They were flexible and helped sort an unexpected issue with some brickwork that wasn't roof-related, for which I was very grateful. What sets Stanleys apart is their communication - Dean was always contactable, called me to keep me updated, and was on-site overseeing everything. Dean and Rob turned up when they said they would, called me if there was any change of plan, were polite and courteous and were patient with all my questions. Work was of a high standard and I would recommend anyone needing roof work to contact Dean to discuss their needs.

    Dean was extremely polite and clear in describing the jobs he was going to undertake. He arrived on time each day and kept us informed of the progress and work to be completed. He showed us his work each time a job was completed. The workmen were very conscientious and polite. They worked with respect for the property. We paid Dean for each job promptly but were under no pressure to organise the payment. Dean guarentees his work. All in all a good experience.
