Staunch and Flow - a small London-based plumbing/heating engineering and building firm - opened in 2003 to fill a perceived gap in the market. It specialises in all general plumbing, heating (including boiler service, repair and replacement/installation), kitchen/bathroom refurbishment, Aga and Rayburn stoves (service, repair and re-siting), Landlord/safety certification and all aspects of domestic building work - cellars, lofts, extensions and more - we can offer a turnkey service or help with any aspect of a building project from planning through to decoration..
We’re certified by Gas Safe and the Federation of Master Builders. Our focus is on clients who want not just technical expertise, but also excellent interpersonal skills. We put great store in being polite, tidy, respectful, on time, and able to explain what work is needed and why in straightforward terms  - and we charge honest prices and only for the work that’s needed.
We run several building teams who can do everything from major construction to electrical work, tiling, carpentry/joinery, plastering and painting/decorating work as required/requested.  We have a qualified architectural planner to discuss plans with clients and provide estimates as well as an interior designer who works with us as required.
With our wide range of skills and experience, we're able to contend with pretty much any issue without fuss or bother. We can help with everything from replacing tap washers or cartridges, designing and building completely new bathrooms and kitchens or seeing through a complete home refurbishment.
