• Repair to chimney stack and ring beam

  So glad to have found and chosen Lee to fix our leaking chimney. He was honest and set everything out clearly in emails (works required and costs). His scaffolding company were also very helpful and courteous, they even removed our redundant Ariel and took it away for us. Work began in early January when weather was not at its warmest but Lee turned up and worked when he could. His advise was true and did not make us pay for unnecessary work. He completed the work quickly despite weather conditions, wrapping the chimney to keep it warm. I cannot recommend him enough for an excellent job.

  Lee was a pleasure to have in our home and ensured we were always informed and in control of the work he was doing. He completed all work to a high standard and did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. In addition he was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy and got what we wanted from the work he carried out. All round recommendation for Lee for anyone reading this.

  Lee was an excellent project manager to work with throughout our large and complicated build, identifying issues before they became problems and coming up with solutions that saved us time, hassle and money. He worked brilliantly with Building Control and our structural engineer, was patient and always available. He went above and beyond helping source items when off the shelf products weren’t suitable. We were burnt by a previous bad builder so were wary, but Lee made our project as stress-free as possible, he’s a lovely man who brought in excellent tradespeople. We’re thrilled with him and his results.
