I phoned Chris who collected the TV the same day and delivered repaired and checked.
I would most happily recommend him as an efficient and trustworthy engineer. I am thinking of installing a video and shal immediately contact him. Many thinks for putting an elderly woman at ease, who is very nervous of cowboys.
