    Poor reception with arial problem suspected. Surrey Satellite Services arrived on time, explained the procedure clearly, carried out signal strength tests, got on the roof and confirmed that the problem was the arial and that it and the junction box needed replacing. Price was agreed and the work carried out quickly and successfully with the old arial taken away. Problem solved. Very polite, easy to deal with, and all in all an excellent job.
