• All windows and doors done exceptionally well

  The main guy who refitted all the windows and doors in our house was exceptional. He took genuine pride in his work, as did his colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Sussex Glazing Services and would use them again ... but in 20 years of course!

  This company are very reliable and answered very quickly to arrange jobs to be done. Lee carried out the work very tidily and the work was done in a friendly and efficient way. We are very pleased with what was done and are now able to shut the windows properly and the front door is much more secure! Would not hesitate to recommend this company

  From our first contact with Sussex Glazing, customer service was excellent. Continual contact leading up to fitting, re dates,times of home visits (punctual) followed up by an email confirming what the job entailed. Very friendly staff. The fitting of the windows was carried out in a professional manner. Punctual, tidy, polite and clean. The fitters worked well together by making the job smoother because they both knew what each other was doing. Thereby, preparing, fitting and clearing up was very efficient.

  After a poor experience and service from a national door supplier we contacted Sussex Glazing who were everything you would want from a company. Responsive, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of their products and service are superb. Nothing was too much trouble and would provide advice and recommendations to our questions. I would be happy to recommend Sussex Glazing to anybody.

  Excellent start to finish. Website easy to navigate, get information required and make initial contact. Speedy, detailed quote. Letter setting out how process works, payment methods and preparing for work. Face to face survey to measure up, answer questions, discuss requirements and timescale for installation. Good notice of work and installer was great. He took care with our home, minimised disruption and mess, explained acoustic seal and operation of windows and cleaned up and removed debris. We are delighted and now enjoy peace and quiet.
