    Sutton Home Improvements were Professional, polite and very helpful from my first telephone contact with Debbie Taylor, Service Department all the way through to Steve fitting the replacement part. They went above and beyond what was expected of them in sourcing and fitting a replacement guttering piece to my parents conservatory roof.

  • Front Door Handle Replacement

    We purchased a front door 8.5 years ago, the inside door handle failed (spring and fixings). I popped into the branch with my original order docs and Debbie advised that the repair would be completed under guarantee. A short delay in the chap coming out (van issues) and 2 weeks later the issue was resolved. Great 'old school' service, no wriggling out of the guarantee which I was expecting (sorry).

    I couldn’t rate Sutton Windows more highly! Spoke to a number of different companies but nobody was as friendly and helpful as Sutton - I’m glad to chose them. Their service and communication has been great from start to finish and they’re very thorough. I’m very happy with my window - the workman Jack was very professional and has done a great job. Will definitely recommend them to friends/family.

    Great communication from start to finish. Window fitting was delayed from the initial quoted date but outside of the control of Sutton. Overall a good job, with nice communication and a great upgrade to our windows.

    I recently had 6 windows replaced by Sutton Windows. Very professional service from quotation, survey and measure, to fitting. The price is very reasonable and most importantly the quotation is honest (we had bad experience with some big companies in the market). No faff and haggle needed. Windows quality is good. The fitters (Tony, Kam and Brendon) are amazing and experienced. They started before 9am and finished before 3pm. They cleaned up all the rubbish and dust before they left. Kam is a very funny guy. He very kindly fixed my dropped door too!! Highly recommended !
