    Superb service. Can’t praise Harry and the TLR team highly enough. Rapid response to my boiler breakdown call on Friday, advised that it was beyond repair, new boiler fitted and complete central heating overhaul / upgrade on Tuesday. Brilliant job, meticulous, professional, extremely careful, great result. Problem solved and house toasty warm like it’s never been.

    They gave a clear quote which was very reasonable. Came when they said they would. Tidied up well and respectful of our home. Explained clearly what they’d done and how it worked. In the year after installation we have had a couple of issues (not their fault) which they sorted really quickly. Highly recommend.

    I highly recommend Harry and his team. They have carried out a number of jobs for me from replacing my boiler, boiler fixes on a rental property and most recently the installation of a new upstairs bathroom, including the routing of the hot and cold from the boiler and the connection to the drains. They were punctual, clean and tidy and the quality of their work is to a high standard - they were nice to my kids too. Throughout the bathroom work they checked decisions with me, worked around my schedule and helped troubleshoot some issues. A great team that I would hire again!

  • Call out for boiler/ central heating not working

    Responded very quickly to our telephone call asking for help with our boiler issue. Came out the same day and identified the problem quickly. Had the appropriate part on the van and fixed the problem. Also gave some useful advice about our central heating system. Very impressed and will be definitely using this company again for routine servicing and any other plumbing or heating issues in the future.

The installation was straight forward and a complete success, the team were efficient and very tidy and we’ve never had an issue with the new boiler or heating system since.
