    Tim responded to our initial enquiry promptly and took time to understand what we needed doing. He provided a quote and arrived at the agreed time to start the work. He was a genuinely polite and caring person, he took time to explain what needed to be done and was really considerate when completing the work to ensure it was tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The work he completed was to a high standard and we would have no hesitation in seeking his assistance again in the future. If you want the job doing right, ask Tim, cracking job.

    Did the job for a good reasonable cost. Gave us options on what type of exterior vent we could choose and would fit. Advised us to clean/drain the interior loft pipe. Arrived between the timeband quoted. Would recommend their work.

    Tim was able to get out to us really quickly which was much appreciated. He was able to identify the fault efficiently and rectify it. He also spent time to explain the issue and what he'd done, along with identifying a small other issue which he rectified at the same time for us at no extra cost. He was very friendly and helpful and we would 100% use him again in future!
