  Needed to do whole house renovation remotely (from Manchester) using local builder. All areas handled marvelously well by Trev and his team: complete rewire with new electric board, plumbing and heating, including new and repositioned radiators, new bathroom, new stair rails, fresh plasterwork throughout, and structural work, and replacement of garden wall with new fencing. Good accommodating communication with photographic updates. Even moved furniture from room to room to get plastering done. Facilitated receipt of delivered goods. One slight neg: a few paperwork memos required! :-)

• Tricky and Bear, the good old pair

  I had the privilege of getting Tricky and Bear to remove some ivy bushes and bricks walls from the front of my home. They were extremely amiable, approachable, helpful and courteous. They arrived promptly. They did the job well and we had a laugh throughout. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.   Trev and his team are friendly, polite, considerate and kept everything clean throughout the whole period of the works. They also went the extra mile at various points and the whole project was done in the time frame I was given. They are all happy to help and go out of their way. Ultimately were really happy with the result and have already begun talking about future projects with Trev.

• House Extension

  T Woodman (Trev) and his team built a two storey side extension to our house in St Albans as well as reconfiguring the layout of some of existing room. Trev did a fantastic job on our house. He and all the tradesmen who worked on the house clearly take great pride in the work they do and were always helpful in suggesting ways to make sure the extension was just what we wanted. His team are also friendly and courteous which makes a difference on long project. We have since recommended Trev to friends in the area and recently commissioned him to install a new patio and driveway.
